Dry-Locked Exteriors LLC is a service agreement and warranty developed by a certified stucco inspector and a certified stucco repair contractor in the Charlotte/Lake Norman area of NC. After 20+ years in the stucco inspection & repair business, the two parties noted that stucco homes that were well maintained, rarely had expensive repair issues. Also, both parties (inspector & contractor) had worked for several years for other local warranty companies in the Charlotte/LKN area. The Dry-Locked stucco warranty plan is in our opinion an option worth consideration. Our plan actually gives the customer two very important benefits without having to file a claim... free inspections & free upkeep on the caulking of the stucco home. Ours is the only one that gives you free upkeep of caulking & free inspections. And our company is the only one owned by a stucco inspector & stucco contractor. We intend to go above & beyond for our warranty customers, as you will be a member of our "stucco club" (so to speak). For instance, say a tree falls into one of your walls. Although not covered in the warranty, we will make repairs for cost plus materials instead of a full contractor price. The $10,000 cap on the warranty is stated for one simple reason. If your home qualified for our warranty, we highly doubt you will need any major repairs as we would consider your home a "good stucco house." Over the past 10+ years, the largest amount spent on stucco repairs for a home is $8,000 (this does not include a "tear off" or complete stucco replacement).
